Mark, if its deprecated, add a note in its main thread about it and plug the NewsListing link in there.

    Thanks.

Nope, nothing wrong with it, except that we haven’t add it to the listing yet. If you find any other snippets that you works and haven’t been added to the repository, feel free to post a rely in this thread. Thanks.

          Sincerely,

What do you think about FotoReporter? It may be inserted in the "Misc" section, since it is made of a snippet and a C++ program...

I didn’t read the whole thread (sorry!), but has anyone thought about setting up a wiki for resources? Personally I think this would be more comfortable for keeping the list up-to-date as well as the documentation.

                  Hi Roc,

There was quite a lengthy discussion regarding wikis for the documentation recently, I’m imagining the same thoughts would apply to a wiki for the resources. The thread is: http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,2616.0.html

As far as I know, the MODx Dev Team already have plans for how the Repository will be changed (I maybe wrong wink ) - but my understanding is that this forum thread is only a temporary fixture until a more suitable repository is in place.

                  Cheers, Garry

The very first post of this thread is up-to-date ! smiley , whenever someone requests to include the resource inside repository, we add it to 1st post. I guess, you dont have to read entire thread to find the resources.

...and in case, if I didnt get your point, sorry about that.

*edit* Yes, it is indeed a temporary solution for Repository. The real repository stuff is on our to-do, so stay tuned wink

                    regards,

Maybe you can use ’AJAX over easy...’ in the TIPS & TRICKS section.
