I have a modx 1.0 site with a product showcase.
Each product has its own page with an Image TV containing the product image.
The products are grouped into category pages, that list all their children using WayFinder.
I would like to do something similar to the "Facebook Photo Zoom" browser plugin, that shows the product image TV when hovering over the link to the product on the category page.
Can anyone tell me how to achieve this?
Thanks..
Thanks,
Let’s say I wan’t to use the jQuery imgPreview (first link). How do I retrieve the path for the childrens image-TV?

If these are supposed to also be actual links, I don’t believe the first one will work for you; the link URL has to be a URL to the image.
<ul id="first">
<li><a href="img/1.jpg">The Sun</a></li>
<li><a href="img/2.jpg">New York</a></li>
<li><a href="img/3.jpg">Office Meeting</a></li>
<li><a href="img/4.jpg">A Beach</a></li>
<li><a href="img/5.jpg">Global Technology</a></li>
</ul>

Looking these over, the tooltip (last link) looks like your best choice.
The site structure is:
Category1 (parent)
-Product1 (child1)
-Product2 (child2)
-Product3 (child3)
When the page "Category1" i shown, I have a Wayfinder call, that creates an <ul> with links for "Product1", "Product2" and "Product3"..
The images I want to show is a TV inside each product.
When the page "Category1" is shown, I wan’t to hover over a link to a product page and the image TV from that product page should pop up.

That is understood. You want a working link to another page, that displays an image on hover. Most of these expect the link to be a link to the image to be displayed, not at all what you want.
The tooltip option (the last link,
http://jquery.bassistance.de/tooltip/demo/ ) can do that. Just set up the tooltip and use a custom chunk tpl for wayfinder to use when generating the menu to give the structure, including the image link, that the javascript requires.
