I’ve seen a couple of posts touching on this but none seem to give the answer I need.
For info:
Modx Revolution 2.0.8-pl traditional
PHP Vers 5.2.16
Zip Vers 1.8.11
LibZip Vers 0.9.0
cURL
is enabled
The issue: Package Manager has worked fine on Revo (I have been using Revo since vers 2.0.5 and have kept it updated). Today though I have tried to update two packages, Wayfinder and SimpleSearch to their latest releases and have not been able to.
The License agreement is blank as is the Read Me and Changelog.
When I try and install the message I get back is;
Package found...now preparing to install.
Attempting to install package with signature: simplesearch-1.3.0-rc2
Could not unpack package /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/core/packages/simplesearch-1.3.0-rc2.transport.zip to /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/core/packages/. SIG: simplesearch-1.3.0-rc2
Could not install package with signature: simplesearch-1.3.0-rc2
The same happens with Wayfinder.
I have been able to force removal and revert to the previous versions which work OK.
I have a number of Modx sites that have the same problem.
The really strange thing is that I have updated tinyMCE today and that has worked fine. Please does anyone have any ideas before I completely waste a Sunday??
