small typo in tinymce plugin

there is a typo in the /assets/plugins/{tinymce-version}/tinymce.lang.php.
"russion-UTF8" id of the language should be "russiAn-UTF8"

here is the patch

-$tinyLang[] = array("russion-UTF8","ru");
+$tinyLang[] = array("russian-UTF8","ru");

Please commit it to the 0.9.6 branch.

I have a Russian translation against 0.9.6.2 version, it is in attachment. But if this forum is not the right place for translation, please tell me where i may to upload it?
