Failed to update setting value!

I installed the Modx 0961p2, the first thing I did is changing things in the Configuration area, after ’save’, it first shows me the ’Action was completed successfully’ message but the manager page was stilling loading, once it finished, I see this ’Failed to update setting value!’ message.

My change settings seemed working though.

I had the same issue with an earlier version and now have it again with the latest. It did get resolved but can remember what we did.
