I recently installed the latest version of ModX (0.9.6.1B) ... when clicking ’Manage Resourses’ the tab for ’Chunks’ is missing.
What should i do to fix this.

Try doing an upgrade install.
Go to http:yoursite.com/install and check the "upgrade install" box.
If that doesn’t work, the odds are you have a corrupt download of the new version and will have to re-download it and re-install.

You can also try logging out, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies for that site, then log in again. Sometimes that takes care of the problem.
