Friendly URL Problem?

I have Friendly URLs set up and on some pages it is working.

See this page:

http://temp.svffoundation.org/consumers/on-your-plate.html

That works fine, but them click on it’s parent (click the Consumer headline or navigation item) and see that the id= is still being used. The Consumers top level page is set as a container and a parent resource to the page reference above. How do I make it’s URL appear friendly as well? IN this case it is all of my top level navigation that is not friendly, including the homepage.

I am using Revo.

First, make sure that every resource has an alias.

How is your menu being generated?

You are right Mark H, I am hard coding that! Doh! Let me see if I can hard code the alias.

Don’t hard code, use [[~#]] where # is the number of the resource. That will make the link and keep the FURL settings, content types etc in mind.

Or use Wayfinder.
