run install twice to login manager

    hello,

    it’s not really terrible but it happen to me on two different installs today for two new modx site.

    when i install 0.9.6.1 on my server (infomaniak) with a fresh install when all step are finish i get this error :

    it look like modx didn’t find the right variable for default template.
    to resolve this i rerun the install steps and the second time it’s ok i can access to the manager login page.

      CTRL+SHIFT+U - Clear Cache
      CTRL+SHIFT+H - Hiding Heft Panel
      CTRL+SHIFT+N - Fast Create Resource
      CTRL+ALT+P - Preview Recource (in edit resorce window)
      CTRL+ALT+S - Save
