strange problem

  should be my system problem,there are the same problem with a fresh install.
  Copy the whole files from office to my home ,It works wrong when i loggin to the manage ()
  
  And however , i dont get the frame( /manager/index.php?a=2).
  
  Other function is right.

  There are some info about my system.
  

  modxcms  ver . 0.962
  easyPHP 1.8/ windows xp sp3/
  --------------
  easyphp 1.8 : apache 1.3.33 - php 4.3.10 - mysql 4.1.9 - phpmyadmin 2.6.1
  

  
  And the two computers in the office and my home are under the same conditons.
  Try to put them to the other disk , the result also be wrong.
  Now, It can execute all manage functions besides getting the frame linked to http://127.0.0.1/modxsample/manager/index.php?a=2.
  
  I also try to clearn cache and cookie,But it take any effection.
