I am reading the docs but I’m getting confused.
I have multiple contexts. I want a user assigned to one context, resources only.
What is my approach?
Put the user in a user group and create a Context Access ACL entry giving that group access to the one context they should see. If the admin group has similar ACL entries for the other contexts, they will be protected and hidden from that user -- assuming that the user is not in the admin group.
Right click on the user group and select "update."
Click on the Context Access tab.
Add a new entry with the named context in the "context" field.

Did you flush permissions (Site -> Flush permissions)?
Might want to give exact details on the values you set for the different ACL entries - perhaps something’s wrong there.
Someone needs to come up with a graphic to explain the whole user/groups arrangement. Its a mind-job.
