Serious time delays with Mac Mozilla

Have recently upgraded from 0.9.6.3 and finding the page loads infrequently slow - both with the manager and front end. I’d say 70% of the time it’s zippy but for the rest it’s "take 5". Can’t be the server as FTP is normal at the same time as the delays occur, as is database work using phpMyAdmin. I’ve even waited up to 10 minutes or more for page loads.

Mac Camino Version 1.6.7

I use Camino on a different site without any delays. (Not really a Firefox user so haven’t tested on different site)

Am using Safari on the current site without problems so far... touch wood.
