Document duplicates

I’m infrequently getting duplicate documents (every 4th or 5th) when I save newly created pages. They both have exactly the same time, date and data.

Running:
PHP Version 5.2.8
Apache 1.3.41

Using: Mac Safari 3.05 on OS 10.5.2

I’ve only experienced it with Safari, but different problems with other mac browsers (see next post)
