Manager error: parts of menu disappear after clicking menu items

Hello,

I was not sure where to put this, but i got a very annoying problem with the manager in version 0.9.6.3. When working in the manager and clicking on menu items sometimes it opens only a part of the manager, for example only the documents list or only the document editor, all the other parts of the manager disappear. I have had this with the standard theme and the carbon theme, so I don think it is theme related.

Is there any known issue that resembles my description?
