I’ve probably done something stupid - but cannot work it out.
Apache version 2.0.63
PHP version 5.2.6
MySQL version 5.0.67
I used the alternative method to upgrade:

Everything seemed to go fine, but I end up with an installation that looks like a Modx new install, with Modx content on the home page with the Modx template.
The menu seems to be an amalgamation of of the Modx menu and some of my own. When I use the menu to go to a Modx page, I get a Modx page. When I use the Menu to go to one of my pages, I get my own page, including my template.
I have switched to my original Assets directory and the site is back to normal.
Any idea of what’s going on?
Edit: I don’t what was the cause of the problem. Working upgrade now installed.
