    Hi,
I have installed Modx v9.6.3 for several sites without any problems. However, currently I am having problem with 2 sites:

    1. In Manager -> Tool -> Configuration: File Manager tab is missing
    2. When adding new Manager user (only adding new user), the Save button is not working: IE report an error:
    Webpage error details

User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.0; Trident/4.0; SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; Media Center PC 5.0; InfoPath.2; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30618)
    Timestamp: Tue, 17 Feb 2009 07:11:41 UTC

Message: 'document.userform.save' is null or not an object
    Line: 198
    Char: 22
    Code: 0
    URI: http://www.abc-central.com/manager/index.php?a=12&id=1

Other than that the site is running ok.

    I have tried these actions:
    - delete and reupload Manager & Assets folder without any help
    - Try to change permissions on all files & folders
    - Test with/ without .htaccess file under Manager folder

    None was helpful.

Could anybody please help me? huh

Thank you very much for your attentions.

    Hung.

have you tried with IE7? or Firefox? or Google Chrome?

Since IE8 is a beta software, so we haven’t tested it.

        Thanks for you reply.
        Yes, I did test on Firefox 3.x.x (I mainly use it browser), IE6, IE7, IE8 Beta, Opera 9, 10; Safari 3, 4Beta.

Since you mentioned about browser compatibility; I remember I have problem viewing the frontend on IE7; sometime IE7 display every text & image, sometime some text or images are missing. Trying to refresh the browser few times will help but the problem may come back after that.
I was thinking it would be caching issue so clean the CMS cache & browser cache but it did not help. Very weired and I did not have this problem with Modx 9.6.2

        Thank you very much
