[Solved] Install script spinning

Hello,

Like others it seems that the 0.9.6.3 installation is getting stuck spinning on the session test.

[Solved] - The cookie domain was not set correctly. The initial test code really needs to be smarter though, and not spin when there are problems with the sessions. The later installation test was much smarter about it (though not helpful in explaining why).
