Made a donation but can't see it in my profile

Hello,

I made a donation but I can’t see it in my profile and also there is no entry under "friends" listing. I filed a support ticket nearly 1 week ago but without any response. Do the MODx officials read this forum or where should I send my inquiry?

The MODX team does indeed crawl these forums

If they don’t reply here within a day or two, you can try sending an email to Jay (jay at modx dot com) - I think he’s in charge of the community and with that also the wall of fame.
