I notice in the default Flickr tpl, there’s a place to adjust the thumbnail size.

Where do I adjust the THUMBNAIL.WIDTH and .HEIGHT? Directly in this .tpl??
I’ve tried using Flickr’s API docs too, but no luck yet.
