David, I think Paul may have a different problem. I resolved my error a while ago.
In my case I had a whole load of names in upper and lower case, so there was bound to be some mismatch somewhere along the line.
I simply changed all my names to lowercase, and have adopted that as a "rule" from now on. (Actually, I’ve had that rule for years, but I keep forgetting about it.)
But as I understand it parse errors can be caused by many things, but basically it’s something being not quite properly written or assigned somewhere.
In my case it was a case of poring over the code until I saw something that looked off. Not being a coder, even when I get things right, I’m still at a loss to know exactly what I did.
That may not be much help to Paul, but I’ll try and pay more attention next time.
