Onxxon Web Imaging

We (Onison) have created a CMS module called Onxxon to assist with image handling and image manipulation. It’s designed to be able to work with most CMS and should be easily integrated with only a couple lines of code.

There’s a demo of it working with FCKEditor set up at www.onxxon.com, please have a look.

Nice looking design.

This left column overlaps the main content pane in Firefox and Safari (beta PC). I am assuming you are designing using Internet Explorer. You should really design in Fx, Opera or anything other than IE or based on IE as most other browsers fall in line together and then fix for IE.

Second, the contrast on the content body text is too low. I have cheapish (but common) lcd panel and it is getting a little hard to read.

Personal preference is that the type is too small to but so many designers do it that I don’t fight it.

Same positioning error in Safari/Mac as well.

same layout funk in camino for mac - also checked it for kicks as pc ie 6 and 7 with IE NetRenderer (killer dev tool for mac users btw) and it seemed like thats what the site was developed for; looked ok. doesn’t look like it couldn’t be tackled via css layout, but conditional comments may help you out too -> ie conditional comments

Looks like they fixed it, at least in Firefox2. Haven’t tested it in Opera yet...

EDIT: Fixed in Opera 9.23, as well.

Currently the javascript errors are being fixed in Firefox. Known errors occur when:

- Selecting an image from the image chooser window.
- Right clicking on the image while editing.

So far the front page rendering issue has been fixed and layering issues while image editing have been fixed.

Please let me know if there are any other issues.

Couple of things (after a very brief look) for the Image module:

1. Add a counter-clockwise rotate button to the toolbar, just seems a logical choice to me.
2. The ’Cancel’ button doesn’t work on the Image Properties window.
3. I’m not sure whether the ’Editing’ tab is really needed as there’s no other tabs in that window, just looks a bit out-of-place to me.
4. Clicking what I thought was a ’Refresh’ button on the toolbar lost my image and changes I had made, I was kinda of expecting it to refresh the current image. (Maybe a change in the icon would make it clearer)

Thanks for the suggestion. The ’Editing’ tab has been removed.
