[Snippet] CALx - Multi Events Calendar/Agenda

    Ah okay, I don’t need to have themes. But you are right, maybe there will be a situation when one needs to have calX look different on different pages on the same site. Could be solved by assigning an &outerClass via parameter (like with ditto).

    No matter for the French, I once learnt you language, although it’s 20 years ago now ...

        I am receiving the following error after switching the [tt]&useTV[/tt] to true:

        MODx encountered the following error while attempting to parse the requested resource: 
« Execution of a query to the database failed - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'and left(`modx2`.modx_site_tmplvar_contentvalues.value,10) = '01-06-20' at line 1 » 
      SQL:  SELECT * FROM `modx2`.modx_site_tmplvar_contentvalues WHERE (`modx2`.modx_site_tmplvar_contentvalues.tmplvarid= and left(`modx2`.modx_site_tmplvar_contentvalues.value,10) = '01-06-2007'); 


        Being new here, I dont know if I set up the TV correctly as I struggle trying to read French.
        How do you display a full year like on your site?

        I am including a snapshot of my TV setup as well as a Spanish lang. file for anyone besides me who might need it.

          Hello islander,

          You have created two TV ? One for the beginning of event and one for the end ?

          For a test, could you create a TV called "CALxStartDate" and an other called "CALxEndDate", and in the snippet call add this (or replace) :
          &useTV=`true` &dateStartTVName=`CALxStartDate` &dateEndTVName=`CALxEndDate`

          Do you have the error message ?


          For the full year, it’s for the next version wink

            Hello,

            I found a critical bug in the v0.4 of CALx, and i think I found your problem islander, and the solution.

            I think, i do a version soon as possible to patch this bug.

                Included is a German lang. file too.

                A few questions/comments..

                In the instructions, it says to create two TV’s? In your example you are using "bool" and "string"?
                Sorry, new to TV’s and there function, not quite following what its for, what its doing, and how undecided

                Not too important I dont think, but on your demo page, when I click on more details for French or English, the next page is in Spanish. I dont know if it is pulling this from my system language possibly?

                  Thanks for your german translation.

                  As for the TVs, i will make a few screenshots and include them in my guide in order to show the different steps of their creation.

                  About your problem, it’s a "bug" allright, and to be acurate, it’s a problem connected to the very conception of CALx. It existed from the start but it’s the inclusion of multi-languages+listing of events files that made it visible.
                  However, if you use a single language on your website, CALx functions well.

                  I’ m currently thinking about a big upgrade, with changes of conception, to fix that bug.

                    OK, I am encountering a strange problem.

                    On the index page, the date is not updating, nor can you browse to a future or past date, but other pages it is fine. I have refreshed the page numerous times and tried multiple browsers, same results.  huh
                    Any ideas?

                    EDIT: I am unchecking "Cacheing", most likely the problem, drrr, sorry.
