(Re)move outdated or recoded Ressources please!

@admins please remove outdated versions of the ressources from the ressources treem or move a little link into the current versions ressource to the archived one, and it could be sorted better, some things are mixed up.

Feel free to contact the original contributors if you have an issue with a particular resource. Or if there are specific resources that need to be dealt with as you suggest, feel free to make a note of it, and MODx contributors may be able to take care of it. I doubt anyone’s going to go through all the resources for this purpose though.

just positive critics, dude. I fear that the ressources become unordered and overfilled one day..
90% of a programmers life is bugfixing and ordering. so better order when you can instead of later which may be too late.
