First of all, merry christmas
This is a snippet to embed yshout chat in a modx page, for those who want a chat in their website. I did that because i didn’t succeed in the integration of phpfreechat with the provided snippet...
Here’s how to use it :
1- Download yshout at
http://yurivish.com/yshout/
2 - Unzip it in assets/snippets/yshout
3 - Be sure to chmod files as described at
http://yurivish.com/yshout/#h-install
4 - Create a new snippet in your ressources, call it for example "Chat".
5 - Paste the content of the attached text file inside.
6 - Call the snippet on the page where you want to display Yshout chat, like this [!Chat!] if your page is cached, or like this [[Chat]] if your page is uncached.
7 - Put "<div id="yshout"></div>" in the source of your page right after the snippet call
Your done!
Hope you’ll like it
