[Snippet] GoogleEvents 1.3.3 *UPDATED*

Have you set your calendar feed public in Google calendar settings? I can’t access it..

I’ve done it ! but the error is still here !

Do you have any events? I think this error might be caused from you having no future events, which if the case is a bug, and I should create a check to make sure that some events exist.

So, i created events on my calendar ! and the same error appear ...

That’s strange...here is the exact snippet you can download from this post....version 1.3, using your email address and the following call:

[!GoogleEvents?debug=`1`&email=`[email protected]`!]

And I get the following output:

Now I was getting the error you mentioned when I was testing this on your account right before you added the test events.

Not only that, I created a new gmail account with no events and was able to duplicate your error, but as soon as I added an event, the error went away. Also, I noticed something else. The 1.3 version I packaged up was missing the calendar classes, please download the 1.3 zip from the first post and upload the "source" directory to insure you aren’t generating any errors related to that missing.

I just uploaded a new version that basically just outputs a nice error message if the feed is empty, incorrect, or if the server is down. This will allow the page to continue to render and avoid the MODx Parse Error.

Newest version is 1.3.1

Ok it’s good for me the snippet works well !!!
I added events on my calendar but i think there is a time to wait before seeing the calendar working !

Great to hear it is working.

This has been updated to 1.3.2 to take care of some wacky stuff Google produces in its raw feed in regards to HTML Entities.
