**SOLVED** Not finding JS files on server??

I signed on with Site5.com hosting and am in the process of porting my first site/template. I have latest version of modx evo installed and all my images, css, and js files uploaded. My source for all the files are:

assets/templates/company/css
assets/templates/company/js
assets/templates/company/images

I am starting with my homepage template and the css and images are being found but none of the JS appears to be working. Images are just layered all over the screen... Here is my source code for some of the JS:

Any thoughts as why my JS is not working? Something simple I am sure. I have been using MAMP and have ported several templates to learn, but I am wondering if I am missing something here now that I am working on a remote server / hosting company.

Solved...

Disabling the "Quick Manager+" solved the problem. Anyone have a quick explanation as to why that would be the case?

Conflict with the Javascript that QM inserts. Go to the QM plugin’s cofiguration tab and set it to NOT load jquery in the front-end. As long as your template has the main jquery library loaded, QM will work using it.
