Can't preview a Resource.

Not sure if I am missing something simple. When I under my "site" tab I can hit preview and it pulls up my home page template and all appears perfect. If I try to preview a specific resource, even my Home(1) resource I get the following error message when the new window pops up:

"Not Found

The requested URL /avalon_home.html was not found on this server."

When I take a look at the resource data tab it tells me this:

"This Resource has not yet been cached."

I realize I am pretty new to modx but it seems like I am missing something really simple...


I’m running latest version of Evo on a MacBook with MAMP.

Fixed it by disabling friendly url’s. But not sure why things wont work if they are enabled...
