login problem

Anybody ever had a problem with users not been able to login after a week or 2?
I’ve used Modx for several years and never had problem with it. My client swear that he can’t login anymore, he’s using the right username and password. He says that he delete his account created another one and after a week tried to login but couldn’t.

I don’t see how Modx would change is login but....
