german umlaute in alias

Hi

This post is to make aware to all people dealing with automatic alias transliteration in Modx Evo 1+, that the old method doesn’t work anymore and it was replaced by the transalias plugin.

The problem is that this plugin doesn’t support german transliteration by default and it comes set up to "utf8lowercase" which also doesn’t help to get the aliases right.
