adding content with code

I was wondering if there is a way to add content with code. So lets say I have a template called "myCbs" I want to programatically use that template and within that template it will have 5 TV’s attached to it. So keep in mind I want to add the content thru php using that template and the ability to append content for the TV’s.


Also I want the ability to add the content to a parent.

Is this possible.
