Possible Security Issue with Evo 1.0.5

Hey I just downloaded Evo 1.0.5, and I was going through the files to a) get rid of the language files and b) check for all the ’index.html’ in all the folders. The following folders and subfolders thereof are missing the index.html file:
/assets/plugins/TinyMCE/
/assets/plugins/QM/
/assets/plugins/transalias/
/assets/snippets/ajaxSearch/
/assets/snippets/ditto/debug/
/assets/snippets/jot/(includes? templates? I think one was missing it - I spaced out)/
/assets/snippets/reflect/
/assets/snippets/wayfinder/
/assets/templates/help/
/assets/templates/manager/
/assets/templates/modxhost/
/assets/modules/docmanager/
/manager/media/browser/(for sure folders within mcpuk)
/manager/media/debug/
/manager/media/ImageEditor/
/manager/media/rss/
/manager/media/script/the subfolders
/manager/media/style/

If you want my local files that I added the index files into already, I can upload them, but they are missing language files and maybe other stuff as well...
