Manager Idea based on Doc Manager Module/Template Manager/ManagerManager

Hi all,

Recently I came up with an idea that will allow us to customize the manager to our needs.

What I want to do is a combination between Doc Manager Module, Template Rules, Template Manager(see my signature), ManagerManager and other nice plugins like hideEditor.

So, I’m talking about a module called Template Manager that will also need some sort of plugin functionality that can be added in the core or not.

See attachment for examples.

Since version 1.1.0 will be table-less and maybe will have the latest mootools it would be nice to layout some requirements and if possible start working on it.

I know that Revo has something like this(I did not try it yet). It would be nice if I can get the specs for it.

Very interesting cipa. Let’s follow up with this early next year. (Sounds so weird saying that even though it’s just a few days away. )

That’s the plan.

But I was thinking to wait till the js framework of the manager is updated either to latest mootols or jquery.
