In Revo yes; in Evo no. See the modElement::getProperties() function documented at http://api.modxcms.com/ for how to do this in Revo.

I’m doing it in Evo.

So, without messing with the MODxEvo database, probably the best way is to parse them from:

$modx->pluginCache['<plugin name>Props']

with initializeded document parser in scope?
