problem whith include_path width manager

Im using a pear library for mail that need the default include path.
Modx use his own include_path and some times could give errors it in the manager.
It can solve changing the line 82 of the /manager/index.php
from
set_include_path($incPath);
to
set_include_path(get_include_path() . PATH_SEPARATOR . $incPath);

Any chance you would create a JIRA ticket for this? Also, out of curiosity, does the reverse also work?
