I moved a modx site from the subfolder where we were developing it to the root on the same server. The front end is fine. I can log into the back end, but when I try to save changes, I get the following errors:

Cannot open file (../assets/cache/siteCache.idx.php)
I checked the file (../manager/includes/config.inc.php). The database settings haven’t changed, and I can’t see anything there that’s indicating a subfolder filepath. I changed the filepath in the backend Resources URL and File Manager Path, but got the error when I tried to save the change. Checked the database and it says the change went through. Also found the subfolder listed in the file (../assets/cache/siteCache.idx.php) and removed it there. This site is on a windows server, so I don’t have direct access to permissions or htaccess, however, it’s the same server, username, password, database, etc. I have noticed that other edits I’ve tried for testing (such as text on a page) show as being updated on the backend (after receiving error), but do not come through to the live pages on the front end. I’m wondering if the File Manager Path is doing this too? Maybe even though the backend shows that it’s been updated, it’s not being executed that way?
