SiteCache optimization for large sites (0.9.6)

Its in the Evo RC2, finally.

Any other tweaks that should make it in for caching optimizations in Evo?

Unfortunately, the SMF hack a couple of months ago compromised all files that had the word ’cache’ or ’log’ in it, and so those files no longer exist on the server. You can get the patch from JIRA however; see http://svn.modxcms.com/jira/browse/MODX-446
