Whenever I do any change to mutate_content.dynamic.php, nothing happens with the "Save/edit document" page in MODx manager. I can even completely delete the content of that file, and MODx will work just fine, and I’ll still be able to save/edit documents.
I guess its some cache. But "Clear cache" menu option doesn’t work for manager pages.
How do I flush the cache if its the reason, or how else do I make it editable -- if its not the cache?

I can’t confirm this. I just deleted the file and the edit page did not even load (as expected). Are you sure you deleted the file from the right site?
Phew. That was really stupid. Once I uploaded it /processors while it should be in /actions, and since then I worked with the wrong file.
