how to send files through mail as attachment

i am stuck at trying to send a file through mail...
I need my users to submit their resume and those resumes should me mailed to me(site administrator) as an email attachment.

can anyone suggest how to achieve it in modx.. i tried to dig.. eform but no luck.

The documentation that comes with eform has exactly this as a sample.

but I am saving the whole form into database as well, how can i save the file in database as well...
