I have installed xdebug http://xdebug.org/ on my local wamp server.
I use Eclipse PDT as remote client. If I could run some steps inside the main Php code, I couldn’t reach any include php file code called from a snippet. Is it normal ?

Is somebody know how is it possible to debug snippets ? What are the best practices for that ?

Which product do you use to debug step by step your snippet code ? Thanks for your answers

I’m not aware of any debuggers that can step through eval()’s. That’s another of the many reasons why I’ve rewritten the product (re: 0.9.7) not to use eval() for processing snippets or plugins...

I use the Zend Development Environment, and while it does not step through the actual eval’d code of the snippet itself, it will step through files included by a snippet.
