I am looking to start a site to be used as a tool to empower my clients (and yours too) to maintain their ModX sites. I usually do a one-on-one walkthrough with my clients, give them a book with the very basics, and field phone calls for the next few weeks while they get more and more comfortable. I think it would save me a lot of time if I had a site set up with videos and tutorials which they can use for reference.
My questions to you are:
1. What would you like to see from a site like this? What content would you find essential?
2. What kind of questions do you constantly get from your clients once you hand the site over to them?
3. How do you handle the hand-off process?
