I have an install of MODx 9.6 that is having an issue where it displays a blank frame when I try to edit a new manager user or edit an existing manager user. When I open the frames source and compare it to the source from another identical MODx install they are identical but one is displaying and other is not.
The install that is not displaying is a staging server that was built as a file mirror of the live site (the one that is displaying) and a direct import of the functioning versions database. The Web user panel is functioning fine.
I ran the installer as an update to see if that might help but the problem persists.
Does anyone have any ideas of what the problem might be or where I should start to debug this?

Turns out I was able to repair the problem by re-uploading the manager directory. Looks like a file had been corrupted.
