Hi everybody,

Where can I find all details of $modx->config ? huh

I mean I want to know all the indexes of this array and theirs functionality.

I love computer programming...

make a snippet and put the following code in it:

<?php
die('<pre>'.htmlspecialchars(print_r($modx->config,true)).'</pre>');
?>

Then add the snippet to a MODx document and navigate your browser to that page. You should see the entire config array.

The key of each row should give an idea of the functionality/meaning of the value.

BE CAREFUL! This will also output your database connection credentials.

But I’m looking for a good definition and usage example of each of these parameters.

They are pretty much the same as the [(...)] tag items. These are discussed somewhat in the documentation (scroll down a bit to the part that discusses "Settings").

Usage of each configuration will vary.

Also, depending on modules, plugins, etc. that you have installed, your config array will contain different keys and values.

Check sottwell’s comment above for a link to the documentation of the most common configuration settings.
