RC-3 utf-bug

I’m actually not sure if this issue is an RC-3 bug, or the web-server issue.
I’ve just installed the new site and put RC3 there. But it is my ever first MODx installation on exactly that physical web-server.
So I don’t know if this problem would exist with older/stable MODx versions on this server. And haven’t tested the RC3 behaviour on other web-servers.

Ok. Enough of that.

Now the problem itself is just shown on the attached picture.
The real document names are shown in the left part of the picture in the document tree, and the stuff that I get in the links dropdown is to the right.

Best guess is, you have a problem with your DB collation character set (now defined @install with the new installer)

Which values did you use upon install ?

Yes.
Exactly.
All collations in DB were set wrong, while the content was stored as utf-8.

Made export - search&replace - import sql.
