[newbie] Is there an api command to get system settings?

    And if there isn’t, would the following code be the kind of thing to do?

    $table = $modx->getFullTableName("system_settings");
$baseurl = $modx->db->select("setting_value", $table, "setting_name = 'rb_base_url'");

      print_r($modx->config); <-- that shows what configs are available
