I had MODx 0.9.5 installed and I upgraded it with MODx 0.9.6-RC1. Everything went smooth except for the QuickEdit module.
IE had troubles, other snippets also. So I manually deleted the plugin and the module.
I’ve also installed a clean 0.9.6-RC1 site locally and copied the plugin, the module, the parameters, the dependencies, the files from the clean site onto the upgraded one.
Everything is fine now. Well, almost.
QU menu bar is visible in the top left corner, but there is no QE_link button in the content area.
Ok, time to experiment. I’ve changed my [*#content*] placeholder with <quickedit:content />. And the button was there! But no content this time.
If I clicked the button, everything was there in the RTE.
What could possibly be wrogn?
