Can't upgrade

Apologies if this has already been solved - I’m upgrading from 092 to 095, but the "Upgrade" option is greyed out, so I can only reinstall - but I don’t want to lose all my pages! Any ideas? I’m on Apache with PHP and MySQL

As described in several places, you have to have your original manager/includes/config.inc.php inside the new manager/includes directory to enable the upgrade option.
