Have you tried re-uploading all of your core files?
The most pressing question I have is why you were Googling "dr pepper" (and did you find what you wanted)?
I have tried re-uploading all the core files. MODx reverted back to it’s original template other than that there was no change. I googled Dr Pepper in hopes to find somewhere I might be able to find somewhere to send a picture. (DP can in snow)

No, snippets or plug-ins. The page that you are looking at is the initial page after you login to MODx. Normally it would have the file tree off to the right of it, and the rows of menus above it. But, I took it out of it’s frame so that the page URL would show what file I was having problems with.
How about the Template Switcher plug-in? Have you tried removing that entirely? It has apparently caused some very serious issues in 0.95 installations.
I have removed the plug-in, but still no change.
Is your error log totally stuffed with error messages? I could imagine that might make your database fail to respond in time and cause this. And if there are a boatload of errrors in there, what do they say?
