I have just done an install of .95 fresh and was keen to try out the new stuff like add blog entry.
first thing i set up some basics including the Friendly urls which all seemed to work fine (infact better than before as i had subfolder working as well - /features/feature1.html )
Then i set up a web user and got the user to log in and low and behold the add new blog entry appeared.
so i entered some test data and clicked on the publish (save) button and i got a 404 error?
now weirdly it says domain.com/48.html as the title of that 404 error - suggesting it had created the new blog page but just couldn’t sort out the friendly url link.
if i goto the manager then look in the blog section the blog entry i created is there sure enough with the id 48 but it doesnt show up in the site and like i said 48.html just causes a 404 error...
so anyone have any ideas whats going on and what i have to change?

edit - i just turned friendly urls off and the pages worked with the proper index.php links
then turned friendly back on again and those pages i had previously created are now there with article names including a lot of numbers.
but if i try to add a new blog entry the same 404 pops up again.
there seems to be something not getting entered here when freindly urls are turned on?

NewsPublisher should have a snippet parameter that indicates it should refresh the site cache after adding a new document. If you activate this option, the site cache should be updated immediately after publishing and will fix your issue.
