I need some serious help. I have been placed in charge of adding a stripped down cms for our corporate website, needs to based on php and mysql. Basically I need a way to interact with my installers out in the field. I need to have 2 different admin login levels and 3 levels of installer logins.
The first level admin:
1. Needs to be able to add/delete/edit all 3 levels of installers and 2 levels of admins with all of their info to a central database and be able to associate which level installer they will be (there will be a ton of general info associated with each installer: name, address, insurance info, etc...) Needs to be able to assign the installers a password.
2. Needs to be able to edit the site’s content, and general UI.
3. Needs to be able to assign an installation site to the installer. (Multiple sites will be assigned to each installer.)
4. Needs to be able to search installers (by name, zip code, address, state, and by assigned installation site), pick them via a link and then send them pm’s. Within the pm the admin needs to be able to post links to a central file location where we will have different installation instructions posted for the installers to access, and be able to post pics in the pm.
5. Have acces to an inbox where the installers resposes will be sent.
The second level admin:
All of the same permissions that the first level admin has except numbers 1 and 2. I don’t want this admin to be able to add/edit/delete installers/admins and I don’t want them to have any control over the UI.
Installers ...Each level will have the same permissions but will be associated as differenct accounts.
1. Need to be able to login under their level, receive and send pm’s to admins only.
2. Need to post pics and text only to admins.
3. No searching ability available.
4. All corespondence with admins displayed as links in pm inbox by installation location.
5. No permissions to edit or delete any correspondence in inbox. All must be documented.
One really important thing is that we need total aninimmoty, installers cannot communicate with one another or even see another on the site. basically I need a really slimmed down project management CMS.
Eventually I would like to be able to have a BB set up so that installers can bid on installation locations however this is not something that we need right now.
