Just upgraded to 0.9.5...

...and it was smooth and easy and error free! It even unexpectedly fixed a minor problem I was having with KoopsMailinglistX. Really great work, I really appreciate stuff like that. Everyone who contributes to ModX is a legend

Whoops, spoke to soon ;-) Since the upgrade I can’t publish any new documents. I can create them, edit them, save them, but can’t publish. The option to publish documents is just greyed out and I can’t click on it.

I guess you mean 0.9.5 final not beta or RC ?
If the problem does occur when you’re not admin, did you check permissions ?

I am unable to find it back, but I remember having this problem once (it was 0.9.2 though) and not sure but I think it had something to do with DB integrity, for some reason the modx_site_content table’s id were not longer set to auto-increment, you should check that in phpMyAdmin... once again, not sure just a vague memory and search did not return the thread I had posted... I don’t think it was related after all, my problem was creating documents not publishing them. The only publishing problem I had was with root documents...


Edit : Hmmm, it seems like there is a pattern here...
